We do ship our products and merchandise across the world. However, some countries may charge duty and taxes which has to be borne by the customer. Please consult your country's customs office regarding more info.

 

FAQs

Returns Process

- Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund.

- All packages come along with a prepaid return slip.

- Pack the unwanted product, use the return slip and drop off the package at the nearest USPS office or in the USPS drop box.

- Once the returned product is restocked, the refund will be issued.

- Do mark an email to info@seattleseawolves.com to inform about the incoming product or just drop a note in the package.

 

Exchange Process

- Place a new order on the website to ensure the product is shipped out as soon as possible.

- Once the returned product is restocked, the refund will be issued.
